Three Rivers Gin is an award-winning distillery based in Manchester. But instead of limiting themselves to the sale of a product, they also attract audiences with a tour and gin-making experience at their premises – an experience that in 2018 was voted the ‘Best Tourist Activity in the UK’ by Premier Inn.
The client was receiving X% of their bookings from online traffic, but they wanted to significantly increase this through more diverse services. Despite the immense success they were already enjoying, they intended to lay the groundwork for further gin tasting experiences and exciting new products – as well as make it easier to process gift cards.
In order to facilitate the ever-increasing traffic flooding Three Rivers’ systems, they wanted a rebuild. A new, responsive site would more effectively consider the user journeys of visitors and also have the necessary breathing room for an expanded service offering.
