In order to secure a round of investment, Xpress Mover needed a site with full custom CRM integration. This would enable them to prompt agents to call potential clients and perform lead nurturing campaigns. Due to time constraints concerning a ready-for-market date, we had to deliver a usable solution quickly.
We began designing and building the architecture of the site while effectively mapping it to the bespoke CRM. Needing to combat the pressure of an tight timeline, our team produced a solution complete with a multi-step screen, catching traffic from both Facebook and Google ads.
Understanding of the time constraints, our team started work on designing a solution that was intuitive and tailored, and immediately appealed to investors. Applying Xpress Mover’s concept to a website meant translating legitimacy, authority, and other values necessary in property, to the design.
The multi-step screen used to capture leads from around the web needed to effectively convey the same message while being fully branded. But it also needed to be functional in order to prove the concept to investors. There would be multiple fields concerning the addresses of respondents and other details so that their agents could deliver a more personalised service.
As their CRM system was entirely bespoke to their organisation, we had to familiarise ourselves with their processes and code. Our team mapped the parameters in the multi-step screens to the software they were using internally to ensure all lead nurturing procedures were working correctly.
The agents would rely on a system that prompted them when leads came through social ads. As a result, it needed to sync with the custom CRM to allow for lead information to filter through to sales staff, automatically notifying agents of incoming queries.
In order to prove their model would work to investors, we created lead-capturing software that would ultimately transfer prospect information from thousands of submissions. However, as this project was simply for the purpose of proving the legitimacy of a concept, we weren’t tasked with implementing innovative measures.
Despite this, the finished product was immediately put to use. We had rigorously tested the software and site, meaning that both were ready to release once the concept had secured investment.
