Skills and Responsibilities
Keep workers aligned with the goals of the company by monitoring their day-to-day activities.
Attending and organising meetings between client decision-makers and the business management team while making sure the MD is well prepared and that all notes/action are taken/ distributed quickly.
General admin and upkeep of operational management software platforms.
Create pitches and support the Service Delivery Manager to develop proposals that meet the clients’ objectives.
Working with investors and decision-makers to keep monthly board presentations up to date.
Participate in pricing the solution/service and managing any operational budgeting.
Continuously liaise with key client decision-makers to ensure efficient project delivery, outstanding customer service and enhance existing relationships.
Provide valuable business insight and work alongside colleagues to help identify any project issues, providing a decisive response to any significant delivery challenges and implementing short-term solutions whilst identifying the root cause.
Supporting a multi-functional management and development team using skills expected at this level; clearly communicating and assisting where possible.
Dealing with incoming emails, calls, enquiries on behalf of the team. Organising travel and itineraries.
